One Vision. One Mission. Students First.
Gifts of every size move the University forward.
The Stockton University Dean of Students Office is the primary advocate for student life and support services. The Office is committed to offering high-quality programs to promote learning — ranging from counseling and wellness, career and academic planning, to athletics and recreation — all of which add up to student success. The following priorities will be supported through Ospreys Give 2019:
- Dean of Students Fund — provides crucial monies for programs and services that prepare students for future professional development, personal growth and global challenges. Gifts will help advance the mission of the Dean of Students Office.
Students Helping Students: Food Assistance Program — the Food Assistance Program concept was initiated by the Student Senate. The program, administered by the Dean of Students, helps to feed students who do not possess the resources to eat regularly, or are simply going hungry.
- Student Relief Fund — assists students who encounter any unforeseen financial emergency or experience a catastrophic event making them financially vulnerable. It is the last option for students, filling the financial gap in the immediate aftermath of an emergency before other types of assistance can begin. Proceeds provide critical, short-term financial assistance for daily needs like food and shelter.
Who We Are
The Dean of Students Office advocates on behalf of and encourages students to become involved in co-curricular programs, leadership opportunities and the residential experience. Its programs are designed around issues impacting student life, including residential and commuter concerns, safety and security, personal development, alcohol and drug awareness, interpersonal relationships and more.
