How you can help:
Make an impact now by making a gift today in support of the students and faculty in our programs: Business Studies, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Computer Science and Information Systems, and MBA.
Internships - Internships are an important part of a student’s education. In the School of Business for-profit employers are required to pay interns but non-profit organizations and government entities are not. To help defray costs for students the School of Business can provide stipends. These stipends can equate to about $1300.00 which will pay an intern the amount a student will earn making minimum wage for the amount of 152 hours during the course of the internship. A small donation of $50 can provide gas and travel expenses relating to nonpaid internships. A donation of $100 can allow a student to purchase much needed professional attire to wear during their internship.
Student Competitions - There are a number of student competitions both nationally and regionally that allow students to “strut their stuff”. In these competitions students gain exposure to other students and gain exposure for themselves and their innovations. Some examples of student competitions include, venture capital, case competitions, exhibition programming competitions, and more plus they are great opportunities for Stockton to showcase its best students.
Business School Faculty Impact - Faculty spend time working with the community and the wider region in many projects. This research can have direct impact on the future for students, curriculum, and the community itself. By contributing to this fund you will help the faculty engage with the community to have lasting impact on student learning.
